Do United Fans Have a Voice?
By: Nick | October 30th, 2006In the ever corporate world of modern football, the loyal fans seem to be losing their voices. Season ticket prices rise. Traditional kick-off times are changing. Standing up to will your team to a win is becoming a ghost of the past - especially in the all too corporate Premiership.
Following on from the previous post, many United fans have been frustrated and angered by the actions of the Glazer family (and even their mere existence). But there are fans commited to at least providing a descenting voice to the notion that the people’s game should remain commited to the people - and not to the highest bidder.
Sadly it remains an up-hill battle…
