They came in on the back of two wins, but surely doomed Watford left Old Trafford battered and bruised, having provided limp resistance in the end. You have to admire their travelling support though - they never stopped singing the whole match. And it’s a long drive back to Watford on a work night.
Three points safely secured - and a further edge in goal difference over Chelsea (a fact that could prove crucial come May). Those dropped points against Arsenal still loom large, yet the last thirteen games are sure to provide plenty of drama regardless. It’s sure to be nail-biting stuff indeed.
