United Out of UEFA Cup!

Hooray!! Mercifully, we managed to avoid complete and utter disaster tonight. Inevitably, not without creating the mother of all scares for fans (seemingly the United way). When Benfica scored, I’ll admit, I feared the worst. I no longer bite my nails - but if I did - I’d have been down to my knuckles before the equalizer.
So now that we’ve avoided the horror of blowing our passage to the last 16 of the Champions League - we can look forward to a nice cozy potential tie against Barcelona, Inter Milan, Real Madrid or Roma. Yipee!!

Simply a great performance tonight. They came out with a ton of energy and even when Benfica scored first I knew they would come back. Giggs, Ronaldo and Saha have been brilliant all season. Even with Rooney struggling in the CL, I think this might be our year.
