Straight From the Horses Mouth - Ronny Might Stay For a Bit Then…

Whilst we all fully digest the true implications of Henrik Larsson’s refusal to stay at United despite a striker crisis of sorts - I applaud the apparent good news out of the mouth of the man himself, that our beloved Cristiano might be content to bear rainy Manchester and the away day boos for a while longer. For a rather large sum of money it has to be said though.
Inevitably he reiterates his long known desire to “play in Spain one day” but if that dream happens closer to his 30th birthday that his 25th - I’m sure most United fans would be down with that.
A new contract for Ronaldo will hardly quell the incessant ‘paper talk’ about him being wanted here or there - but at least it would help us fans feel better about the future. Whilst making the player quite a bit wealthier too.
