Sir Alex in ‘F’ Word Laced Tirade After TV Questioning of Ronaldo

By: Nick | March 21st, 2007

f.png Well, well, well - it seems hell hath no fury like an upset red nosed Scotsman after a contentious footballing decision.

It seems the years have done little to curb the oft mentioned Fergie temper. He has fallen out with many a journalist over the years, and it seems a Sky TV interviewer has landed himself firmly at the top of Sir’s current shit list. Probably just above Arsene Wenger.

You can find the complete transcript here at Football 365, but how about a delightful little snippet:

Reporter: “I asked him…”
Ferguson: “F*****g (inaudible) bastard.”

Reporter: “Don’t talk to me like that.”
Ferguson: “F**k off to you.”

Fergie’s got one of the best jobs in English sports - good to see he enjoys the finer things in coaching, like spouting f-bombs at the press. I find it interesting that none of the articles seem to have the whole conversation. I’d like to know exactly how the writer worded the question about Ronaldo diving - Fergie’s not going to put up with a whole lot of that, though admittedly he could stand to lose a “F%&#” or two.
