It seems that twenty years haven’t dulled Fergie’s temper one bit as he was reported to have given his players the famous “hairdryer treatment” after Tuesday’s slip up at Southend. Good for him - they deserved it.
As we know, Fergie has a famous temper - not limited to the dressing room after humiliating defeats. You can go here, and here for a great collection of famous moments when the fiery lost boss felt the blood rush to his head!
It’s nice to know that extremely well-paid players aren’t immune to a bit of verbal criticism - I’ll personally always treasure the mental image of the boot hitting Beckham’s head!
