Manucho Set to Spend Some Time in the Greek Superleague

By: Nick | January 31st, 2008

After putting himself in the spotlight with his goals at the Africa Cup of Nations, our new ‘who the hell is he’ signing is making a bit of a name for himself.

But before making it anywhere near Old Trafford — he’ll look to prove himself at Panathinaikos.

Good luck to him.

From what we’ve seen of Manucho playing for Angola at the Africa Cup of Nations, he’s going to be a smart signing by Fergie and will offer United some extra height up front. Will be interesting to see how Manucho does in Greece, and how soon he get his work permit sorted out.
